When a full restoration of the historic chapel at Mansfield College Oxford was needed, the architect chose to install a hardwood floor from Junckers.
Architect’s or contractor’s reason for choosing Junckers:
The impressive college chapel hosts a range of events, including concerts, recitals, lectures and weddings for up to 140 people. The sensitive refurbishment required a durable, long lasting floor with the correct aesthetics and competitive life cycle costs.
Junckers Oak Raw Sugar with an Ultra Matt Laquer on top provided the right shade of honey colored timber to blend in with the imposing interior.
