GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Junckers Bushings are removable access covers designed to be installed as a flush fitting in sports floors.
They are ideally suited to provide access to post hole sockets for a wide range of sports requirements.
A rubber suction cup for easy removal of Bushing Covers is also available from Junckers.
Using a template and a router, cut a circular hole in the surface of the Junckers 22 mm thickboard to allow the Frame to sit flush.

Bushing |
Available in veneered Beech plywood with five spring-loaded catches for secure fixing. |

Mark out the clear opening and cut this out of the board to give access to below the floor.
Screw the frame to the edge of the board using No. 6 cs/k wood screws. The cover sits in the frame and is held in place by spring loaded catches. Use the rubber Suction Cup to remove the cover.
